How to Use
- Select a polygon mesh in the browser
- You must assign a mapping layer of Vertex Color to the surface material of the selected polygon mesh.
Since it is only for the confirmation, there is no problem not assigning a vertex color at this stage.
Create a surface material in the surface material window and press the "Create" button.
Select the "Vertex Color" and "Multiply" as the blending mode.
At this stage, vertex color is not assigned yet.
Access "View" in the main menu and select "Adjust Vertex Color", the settings window appears.
When the check box "Gradation" is checked, it creates a gradation from the bottom to the top.
In addition, you can change the global vertex color by changing the "Multiply Color" part.
If you press the "Apply" button, the selected vertex color(s) will be applied.
For a more detailed usage, please refer to the "Vertex Color Adjustment" below.
Vertex Color Adjustment
"Adjust Vertex Color" parameters.
In this window's settings, you will edit the vertex color of the entire selected polygon mesh.
"Vertex Color Layer" will specify the layer of vertex colors that you want to edit.
When the "Gradation (Y)" check box is On, you can choose your own colors and with the slider, select their share of space on the polygon mesh.
"Multiply Color" will specify a selected color in the Multiply mode.
If you change the "offset" to 1.0, vertex color is closer to white.
"Gamma correction", add a calculation of gamma correction to the color of the vertex color.
"Exposure", is changing the exposure of the vertex color of your polygon mesh.
When you press the "Revert" button, you will cancel the changes and return to the original color.
